The 'Accredited Leeds Waste Carrier' scheme will be one directory where you can look up waste carriers (people you pay to take away hard to get rid of items like building rubble) to make sure they are accredited and will dispose of your items responsibly. This also protects you from being accidentally implicated in fly tipping, avoiding large fines.
