🔧 We're backing a new law to get tough on criminals who steal tools from the vans of working people.
The loss of earnings resulting from tool theft is much bigger than the value of the items stolen. It affects the livelihood of tradespeople. This must change.
This has been a problem in Weetwood, with a particularly bad spate of thefts in the Cookridge area a few months ago.
