This year’s collection cycle of Brown Bins will be pushed back by one collection to the first week of April 2024.
This is to help with our budget challenges, as well as supporting the implementation of the black and green bin route review.
We appreciate this may be frustrating but in the meantime garden waste can still be taken for free to your local recycling centre, and in the summer we will be bringing in glass collections. Putting the collections back by one helps us improve and keep other services.
Changes have already been made to the schedules online and through the Leeds Bin App.
